Hey there! I’m Kristie (she/her).

Founder of Fuller Living.

Former professor.
Current Sweary Therapist.
​Chronic pivot-er.

Also: systems builder, deep feeler, lifelong nerd, and no-bullshit softie.

After 15+ years in healthcare and higher education….

...I finally gave myself permission to do things my way.


I left a tenured faculty job, a comfortable salary, and a title people respected — because I knew I was ready to stop supporting from the background and start leading from the front.

I’ve always been the person who figures it out. The one who sees the patterns. Fixes the systems. Makes it better.

And I’ve done that in every career I’ve had—from hospital phlebotomist to program manager to therapist to coach.

​Now, I help other people do the same.

I work with people who are tired of autopilot.

People who want more than functioning.
Who are ready to stop chasing “shoulds” and start building something that actually fits.

You don’t need to have it all figured out to work with me.
You don’t need to be confident.
You don’t need to be perfect.

But you do need to be ready to try.
Because this work — coaching with me — isn’t about healing your past.
It’s about claiming your present and designing a future that’s actually yours.
