Frequently asked questions.
Can I work with you if I’m already in therapy?
Yes--as long as your therapist is cool with it and the work won’t overlap.
My coaching is present/future-focused, not trauma processing or clinical care. If you're in therapy for past trauma or emotional stabilization, this may not be the right time for coaching. If you’re in a stable place and want support with identity, change, rest, or growth—this could be a great fit.
What if I’m not officially neurodivergent?
That’s totally fine. “Official” is just one kind of label—and you don’t need a diagnosis to be valid. A lot of my clients suspect they’re neurodivergent, or resonate with neurodivergent traits even if they’ve never been diagnosed.
This is why I really like the term neurocomplex to honor the overlap between neurodivergence, giftedness, trauma, sensitivity, and just being wired differently. But you don’t have to identify that way to work with me.
I support people across neurotypes—neurodivergent and neurotypical. What matters most is how you experience the world, not what a form says. If you’re craving more ease, clarity, and permission to live in a way that actually works for you, you’re welcome here.
Do you offer one-off sessions or short-term coaching?
I don’t offer one-off sessions at this time, but you’re not locked into a long-term contract either. Most clients work with me for 3–6 months, with some staying longer depending on their goals. You can move between tiers as needed—just give me a heads-up.
What’s your cancellation/rescheduling policy?
Sessions can be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice. Last-minute cancellations (under 24 hours) may be forfeited depending on the situation. I try to be flexible with communication—let me know what’s going on and we’ll work it out.
What does between-session support look like?
Between-session support is available by text or voice note during set weekday hours. You can ask questions, share wins, or ask for quick grounding tools. I’ll respond as soon as I can—usually within a business day. It’s not therapy, and it’s not 24/7, but it is a space to feel supported between sessions.
Do you only work online?
Yes. All coaching sessions are via secure video conference call. You’ll get a link when you book. In the future, I may offer in-person workshops or retreats — but coaching is fully virtual for now.
What’s the difference between therapy and coaching again?
Coaching is about the present and future. Therapy is about the past and its impact on the present. If you’re unsure which one is the better fit, let’s talk. You can also read more here → Coaching vs. Therapy
